The exhibition within the III International Business Contact Fair “Brest 2018” will be held in a modern olympic center located at the adress:

  • 151 Moskovskaya street, Brest, Belarus. 
  • The center offers a spacious parking lot, a café and free Wi-Fi.
  • It takes only 5 minutes to get to the city center by car or 3 stops by public transport.

Security of the exposition in the sports center outside of the working hours of the exhibition is provided by the Organizing Committee.
On April 25, the day of delivery of exhibits, the stands of the participants are taken under protection at 22:00. During the exhibition the stands of the participants are taken under protection from 18:00 until 18:30.  Protection disabling takes place at 9:00 the next day. On April 27, the last day of the exhibition, the Organizing Committee disables protection after the completion of the exhibition, and does not provide any further protection of the exhibits.  

The organizer of the exhibition – Brest branch of the Belarusian Chamber of Commerce and Industry – is not a consignee and does not have the appropriate accreditation to provide customs clearance and forwarding services.

Therefore, we kindly request not to send the goods by courier or any other means to the address of the organizer or exhibition center. Such goods will not be received.

Customs clearance, forwarding, loading / unloading operations will be provided only by an official exhibition forwarder providing corresponding services.

  • To participate in the III International B2B Contact Fair «BREST 2018» as an exhibitor, please, complete, sign, seal and send to the organizer’s e-mail address a copy of the contract for participation. In return you will receive the invoice to complete payment for participation in the exhibition.
  • You may order additional equipment or service using «The catalogue of additional equipment».
  • You may apply your own exhibit design in case you opt for the unequipped exhibition space. The cost of the unequipped exhibition space does not depend on the chosen design. The type and technical characteristics of an individual exhibition booth have to be approved by the organizer.

The Organizers have developed partner packages that will allow to achieve the maximum effect from participation in the event. Participation in the exhibition and advertising by means of partner packages will ensure that the contact with the target audience will occur BEFORE, DURING AND AFTER the exhibition.
