Four easy steps to become an Exhibitor:
1. To register for the IV International B2B Contact Fair «BREST 2019» as an Exhibitor, please, complete the Registration Form The list of participants of the B2B matchmaking sessions will be formed based on the information in the English language provided by the exhibitors. Interested parties will have the possibility to select partners for negotiations on their own therefore it is essential to indicate the economic sector and scope of interests (what you would like to achieve ) in detail.
2. Complete and send to the Organizer's e-mail address ved@ccibrest.by a copy of the Contract inMS Word format.In return you will receive the invoice to complete payment for participation in the exhibition.
3. You may order additional equipment or service using The Catalogue of Additional Equipment and Services according to the list and rates, having specified in the clause 3.1. of the Contract the codes of the required exhibition equipment and its quantity.
4. You may apply your own exhibit design in case you opt for the unequipped exhibition space. The type and technical characteristics of an individual exhibition stand/booth are to be approved by the organizer.
Standard furnishing of the exhibition stand/booth

The standard furnishing of the exhibition stand /booth is a construction of aluminum girders and white wall panels 2.5 x 1m (including upper and lower aluminum strips). OCTANORM kit is used for the construction of standard exhibition stands

The standard furnishing implies: mounting and dismounting of side wall panels 2.5 meters in height, shared grey carpeting, furniture set (1 office table, 2 semi-soft chairs), wall mount coat hanger, wastebasket, basic lighting equipment (one spotlight for each 3 sq.m. of the exhibition stand), brand name inscription on fascia board (up to 18 symbols).
To get your exhibition stand /booth layout approved by the Organizing Committee, please, send the schematics of your stand layout to ved@ccibrest.by. The stand will be built strictly in accordance with the scheme sent to the Organizing Committee.
The standard furnishing of the exhibition stand (elements and their quantity) is fixed and its elements cannot be replaced by other elements. No refunds for unused equipment will be made.
When ordering electric outlets, the exhibitor should indicate the total power consumption of the exhibition stand, taking into account all the electrical equipment used (e.g. power consumption of a kettle + power consumption of coffee machine + power consumption of refrigerated display cases + power consumption of TV set + power consumption of computer, etc.).

Amenities at the exhibition site
The exhibition takes place in the modern sport arena located at the address: 151, Moskovskaya Str., Brest, Belarus. At the exhibition site there are:
free parking;
café;
free Wi-Fi.

It takes 5 minutes get from the event’s site to the city center by car or 3 stops by bus


The Organizing Committee is responsible for provision of security during the event.

On the first date of the event, the 11th of April, the whole exhibition site is taken under security protection at 20:00. The exhibitors' booths are taken under protection from 18:00, disarming will occur at 9:00 the next day.



Transportation and delivery of exhibits to the exhibition

Being the Organizer of the event, Brest branch of the Belarusian Chamber of Commerce and Industry however is not accredited for the provision of customs and freight forwarding services and, therefore, cannot be a consignee

We kindly ask you NOT to SEND the exhibits by courier mail or in any other way to the addresses of the Organizer or the exhibition center. Such shipments will not be received.






Customs clearance services, forwarding services, loading and unloading are solely provided by an official exhibition freight forwarding company. The Organizing Committee recommends FJSC «DB Schenker»
